She is also the co-founder of a recently launched company, Sparent–a virtual temp agency staffed by stay at home moms with skills to spare. When she is not all up in your business, she performs with The Improv Imps, produces the Podcasting Smarter Podcast for Podbean, and listens to podcasts, of course! She lives with her hunk of spunk husband, Thor and their 140 lb. drool beast, Meatball in Fairfax, VA.

Carol Lynn is a business owner and project manager of the multiple ventures she runs with her husband Ralph, including Rahvalor Interactive, an online marketing services provider, and Podcaster’s Toolbox, a software platform designed to help podcasters plan, manage and promote their podcasts.

In addition to developing marketing strategy and producing content, she runs both businesses, generally telling everyone else what to do and how to do it.

She is co-host with Ralph on the Web.Search.Social podcast and the Carbon Based Business Units podcast. Carol Lynn enjoys reading, writing, traveling, a good Farmers Market, a really good cocktail, and collecting seashells.
